This page explains how Siljeviken AB (org.nr 559120-9357), the company behind SMIRA Data, handles your personal data when you join the waitlist on smiradata.com. Siljeviken AB is the data controller.
What we collect
Only your email address, which you give us yourself when you sign up for the waitlist.
Why we collect it
To tell you when SMIRA Data launches. We will not use your email for anything else, and we will not sell or share it. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Where it is stored
Your email address is stored with our email service provider, MailerLite, which processes it on our behalf and stores it within the EU.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or at most 12 months after launch, whichever comes first. After that it is deleted.
How to unsubscribe
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at [email protected] and we will remove you.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous visitor statistics, without cookies and without collecting personal data. The waitlist form on the start page is provided by MailerLite, which may set cookies that protect the form against spam.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
